User Reviews

Many users praise the app for its convenience, responsive support, and ease of application, benefiting both workers and employers. However, major issues include login/signup loops, app update bugs, lack of job matches despite long usage, and frustrating onboarding processes with problematic UI elements. Job listings often do not work, causing many users to uninstall the app due to these repeated functionality failures.

Pros

Responsive app that allows users to fill applications with ease and get to work quickly.
Convenient and easy to use from the beginning for some users.
Helpful support staff who respond quickly via email and phone.
Benefits both employers covering shifts and people looking to pick up extra cash.

Cons

App often loops users endlessly at login or during signup, preventing access.
Frequent app update bugs cause users to be stuck requesting updates even after reinstalling.
App frequently fails to show job matches or listings despite user signups.
User interface issues such as mandatory voided check uploads, inability to re-upload photos, and clunky date selection during onboarding.
Poorly functioning job posting links and lack of job opportunities for many users.
