Automatic Recording Mode (Default): No manual effort needed! In "Automatic Mode," "GoodRoad" will automatically capture the GPS coordinates of your stop, attempt to fetch a readable address name, and save it along with the time, your preset service type (Taxi/Food Delivery), and other info. Once recorded, you'll receive a notification confirming the location has been successfully added, including its cloud sync status (if logged in).
Manual Prompt Mode (Optional): Prefer more control? Switch to "Manual Prompt Mode." The app will still detect your idle status in the background but will send a notification asking if you'd like to record the location. If you tap the notification, a confirmation dialog will appear the next time you open the app, letting you easily decide whether to save the spot.
