Don't buy any frame that uses this app. It's a SCAM!! The frame company never tells you that later in time, you have to pay a subscription to get access to the frame. All your photos are stuck forever on the frame. You can't even get them off to put on a different device or add any more to this scam frame unless you pay. A complete ripoff.

Ridiculous. You pay for the frame and it says the app is free right on the front of the box. Technically it doesn't cost to download the app, but it costs to USE it. You want me to pay a bunch of money every month so I can use the device I ALREADY PAID FOR? Absolutely not.

I strongly agree with a lot of people here. The frame was sold without any preconditions that we'll need to pay for subscription down the road. Now, it wouldn't let me upload the pictures without subscription. And, I am not subscribing to it. It's dishonest business practice, in my view. They should have told us about mandatory future subscriptions at the time of the sale, not after. Sad!
