2024-06-04	Is*****	One of the worst apps I've ever purchased. I've purchased one year subscription but never been able to download anything, too much to load content. No customer service and no response at all for my complaint in the app. Please refund Reply to developer: Content seems great but app performance is not. I don't intent to create content elsewhere & purpose of downloading is hazzle free offline use & to avoid latency, unfortunately which is not easily doable in the app, so I still prefer refund
