2025-01-14	Ll*****	The card has now become almost useless. The credit on fuel used to be monthly, where an invoice would be sent and payment collected. This has now gone down to collecting payment every seven days. In my opinion this defeats the purpose of having a card, you barely have time to use the fuel before it's time to pay back. For many businesses that used to find this card very essential and valued, now it's basically more of a burden as the time to to pay back is so limited.

2024-12-05	Se*****	All went well untill you need to add credit card details. Well, not all business use credit cards and the app does not accept Visa debit card. Yet they still charge and refund 2p, which means the card comes through ok. App does not open. You have to force it to close and then reopen. Useless so far... Update December 2024. I have decided to give another go. It has been working well for last few months. Process is straight-forward throughout. Pay at pump via the app works very well.

2024-10-13	Mi*****	Edit: Uninstalled, no resolution or guidance Unable to even register. Insists that my 11 digit UK phone number has the wrong format. Checked again and again to be accurate. Chose UK from the drop down list, tried with and without the 0, tried with +44 international format and none of it works without giving me a clue of how it expects it. A poorly thought and designed app. I give up and it's not a good start.

I was trying to update the old card to the new one with one from the same bank as registered one, and its shoes only error and support team is not helpful. Thank you for answering. Card witch one I try update is valid. I make one of payment by new card. And app don't want accepting when I try to update for it

2024-06-24	Ba*****	Thanks for the reply but I'm asking if we can get an app notification when the invoice is available, rather than just randomly taking money from the bank. Pretty good app. Logins seem a bit glitchy though. Any way to get an email with the monthly invoice?
