I don't know the reason but whenever I refuel specially on Sunday's my points don't reflect on my account and this is kind of discouraging. Secondly, is it possible to correct my personal profile? Because your staff that registered wrong information about me. I drive a car and not a boda boda. Third, whenever I refuel UGX50,000 and above, my points do not reflect on my account.

Not recommended. Dev Team - My details have been in your inbox (with no response) from the day of the incident. Talk to your customer service team. My hope is that you have addressed this issue so that no one else goes through the same experience.
