Hanshal Staff is the official mobile app for Hanshal grocery store team members. Sign in with your approved Google account to manage inventory, fulfill deliveries, coordinate orders, and handle vendor restock — all from one secure app.

Built for staff, not customers. Access is granted by your administrator after you request a role in the app.

ROLES & WORKFLOWS

• Inventory — Browse and search products, scan barcodes, update stock levels, track minimum quantities, and capture product photos for your CMS catalog.

• Delivery rider — Go online to accept deliveries, view assigned orders, update delivery status, and share live location while on shift so dispatch can track routes in real time.

• Order manager — Monitor incoming orders, assign riders, update delivery progress, and keep customers moving from accepted to delivered.

• Vendor restock — Build restock orders by vendor, adjust quantities, preview orders, and generate PDFs for suppliers.

Hanshal Staff is designed for authorized employees and partners of Hanshal grocery operations. If you do not have staff access, you can request a role from within the app; your administrator must approve it before you can sign in.

• Camera permission for barcode scanning and product photos
• Location permission for delivery riders (foreground and background tracking while online)
