We (Sharp Web Technologies) noticed that the Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) school teachers of Assam have to maintain a huge number of records about the school in the form of school register and other documents. So, we developed this application to help these respected teachers in maintaining all this data digitally in a very easy way, so that they can find each and every piece of data anytime at their fingertips.

This is not any Govt. Official application, it is created just to help our respected teachers. So that they can help themselves by maintaining each and every Register of their school in this app in a very easy way.

All these digital school registers are very useful for all active L.P and U.P School Teachers of Assam State. We always try our level best to make all these register in the right and appropriate format.

We know that as per government rule, it is mandatory to maintain all these school registers in physical copy for Gunatsav and other purposes but we also know that as a human habit, maximum of us didn’t write or maintain any data regularly in physical copy. It may be for different reasons like lack of time, personal or family work, human habit etc.

Rather we love to write or maintain anything in our mobile notepad. It is also for different reasons like –

So, for the above mentioned reason, our respected teachers can write or maintain their school data in this helpful application (School Data Manager) digitally in an appropriate format in a very easy way regularly and update this all data in physical register copy weekly at their leisure time.

Below are the name of some useful registers which can be maintain in School Data Manager (Assam) —

1. Student Attendance Register :- We know that every school maintains this register in physical format regularly. But by maintaining this register in SDM (this application), our respected teachers can find the Present and Absent status of any students of the entire year in a very easy way at their fingertips anytime, anywhere.

2. Student Admission Register :- By maintaining this register in School Data Manager (Assam), our respected teachers can find each and every data like father and mother's name, Date of Birth, Date of Admission, Admission number, Mobile number etc. of any student of any class in a very easy way at their fingertips anytime, anywhere.

4. Student Report Card :- No need to do anything in this register, just by maintaining Student Evaluation Register in SDM, our respected teachers can find Marksheet of any student in a very easy way.

5. Teacher’s Diary :- For every teacher, a Teacher's diary is a very important thing.
