Please note that this is an older version of our Mobile app and is only compatible with a very few sites. Please use the ShareVision V4 mobile app for all newer sites. If in doubt as to which to use please contact your ShareVision administrator.

User-friendly staff tool for accessing client and program information and updating records while working outside the office.

• View My Individuals, My Programs & Residences, My Trax items, and My Schedule.
• Add/edit case notes.
• Add/edit goal progress notes.
• Document events, incidents, and goal progress with pictures or videos and instantly attach them to a client’s record.

How the app works:
1. One license; unlimited users.
2. Enable the app for your ShareVision site.
3. Download the app to your mobile device.
4. From the app, log in to your ShareVision site.
5. Logins are authenticated and the user’s personal security settings are automatically applied.

Enabling the app
Contact your ShareVision administrator to see if the ShareVision mobile app is enabled for your ShareVision site. Contact ShareVision Sales to purchase and enable the app.
