horrible company overall, avoid at all cost even if it means going to a different doctor, they will just steal money from you and never send any paperwork or forms, customer service is horrendous and basically non existent if you want anything actually done, they lie and give you false information and make promises they don't not intend to keep, I'd give them a 0 star if I could. it's been a absolute nightmare dealing with these people.
