Nutrition Consultation:
Online meeting with the Nutritionist in which:

- Defines / readjusts your food prescription;
- Expose your doubts regarding food;
- Discuss with the Nutritionist the new products available on the market;
- Expose your difficulties and discuss solutions from a food and behavioral point of view;

Consultation with the Coach:
Exclusive meeting with your Personal coach in which:

- Define / readjust your training plan;
- You discuss the technical execution of your exercises in order to improve your results;
- You discuss the training methodology with your Coach;
- Explain your difficulties and doubts.

Group workouts:
Group training takes place through our virtual platform where you have the possibility to train with the coach and other members of the community.

These workouts include different types of training such as crosstraining, functional training, pilates, GAP, among others.

Personalized training with the coach:
Train directly with your coach at any time, in a place at your disposal.

The individualized trainings are the maximum level of personalization, allowing the coach to develop and monitor your training in loco.

These workouts are recommended to maximize your results and your technique in the shortest amount of time.

If you are just starting to practice sports or have been training for several years without results, it is recommended that you subscribe to a plan that includes them.
