2026-07-04	Mi*****	Rewards Tab Missing?, It's not really clear or not but apparently the app is now supposed to have a rewards tab where u can see how many points you have from your previous purchases. Your supposed to be able to redeem the points for things but it's unclear since it doesn't show up anywhere in the app. Spoke with someone in the restaurant and they said it showed up on their phone(iOS) so my thoughts on it now are of course us on Android have to wait longer for the update, smh.....Samsung Z-Fold 7

2026-06-30	Aj*****	They have trouble keeping tables clean as well as keeping ingredients from pickles to onions to napkins in stock. The worst failure is when their Wi-Fi went down during an online order. They did the order manually, and then the Wi-Fi came back and double billed the order. Despite being notified of the problem, we are currently in week 3 of the fix. BTW, Corporate in New York is AI and is not interested in Human Customer Service. Overpriced and limited responsibility for poor service!

The app, whether I delete and reinstall or not, continues to go through the login cycle of doom. I can NOT login. And I click 'resend activation code' to my email address and no codes ever come. I click "login through google" and it take me OUT of the app to login, then when I type my credentials, it says OPEN IN APP, I click and the cycle starts over once again.

So I adjust it to fix it, and now the "CHICKENSUNDAY" discount goes away. For a fast-food restaurant wanting to be high-end, their app is failing to meet expectations.

2026-06-28	Ch*****	The last two times I tried to order it just hangs. it seems to be a wrapper around the web ordering anyway (which also seems slow due to re-rendering dozens of times but at least it eventually recovers). uninstalling in favor of the website.
