Good Deed Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to forging a foundation for the women of India to build their lives. Founded by promoters of Shahi Exports, our goal is to provide resources to the most advanced set of skills as a means to gainful employment and help them thrive in their workplace.

Our teams work from the grassroots of India to increase access to skilling and employment opportunities for women through mobilization and counseling to enroll in our skilling programs. These programs are pro-bono, run the best-in-the-industry training, and are recognized by various Government and Non-Government Initiatives.

Our proficient faculty at centers across 7 states in India provides training in core skills curated based on the latest developments in the Industry. The soft and practical skills element prepares them for employment and equips them to thrive in the workplace. We support our candidates throughout their skilling and employment journey so they can design a better future for themselves and the industry.
