Plane Sight: Watch the Sky

That plane overhead — what is it? Where did it come from?

Plane Sight answers from your lock screen. Tap Start, put your phone away, and
look up: a live notification shows whatever is flying over you right now —
flight, aircraft type, altitude, and where it's headed — and changes on its own
as each new plane passes.

WATCH THE SKY
• One tap starts a two-hour watch session — no fiddling, no map to squint at
• The lock screen follows the sky for you and updates as each new plane takes
over
• "Look SSW · 30° up · 2.4 mi" — know exactly where to point your eyes

KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SEEING
• Flight and airline, aircraft make and model, altitude and speed
• Origin and destination — Chicago → Washington, not just a tail number
• Route lookups happen on your device and work offline

WORTH A LOOK
• Get a nudge while you watch: rare aircraft, unusually low passes, widebody
heavies, emergency squawks

YOUR LOGBOOK
• Every aircraft you see is remembered — types collected, closest pass, low
passes
• A home screen widget keeps your latest sightings in view

BUILT FOR PLANE WATCHERS
• No account. No ads. No tracking. Your location never leaves your device —
flight data queries use a position rounded to about a kilometre
• Live aircraft positions from the adsb.lol community network (ODbL)

Whether you're parked by the runway fence, in your backyard, or anywhere planes
fly — Plane Sight tells you what's up there.
