Calegator is a shared calendar app built for real-life coordination.

Create calendars for family plans, friend groups, teams, schools, clubs, work groups, and local communities. Keep events, to-dos, birthdays, reminders, and shared schedules organized in one place without relying on scattered texts, flyers, spreadsheets, and calendar links.

Calegator’s Availability Heatmap helps groups find better times faster. Members can import their schedule, choose whether to participate, and contribute availability to a shared calendar heatmap. The heatmap highlights which days have more conflicts and which days look more open, so planning a dinner, trip, shift, meeting, practice, or group event takes fewer back-and-forth messages.

Availability is opt-in, and the heatmap is designed around coordination, not exposing private details. It shows conflict summaries and participant availability signals without showing full event titles, notes, locations, or raw calendar entries in the heatmap.
