A teleconsultation is a medical consultation with a qualified, licensed doctor over the telephone. In order to make the call between you and your prefer doctor. Please following below steps.

- Making a proper appointment with clinic
- Clinic will either SMS or send your an email with "appointment link"
- after you accept the appointment, there will be an appointment show on your APP
- Clinic Staff or Doctor will be able to contact you through the APP and you will be able to send the image/document or message to the clinic

App is totally unfriendly and unstable. not sure why the rating is so high at 4.8. Would never recommend it for use to any doctors or patients.. Tried again.. App hanged when trying to register using Google account.. Very unfriendly and full of bugs...
