This application is a great way to double-check all the tickets for the South Carolina Lottery. In the next update they need to modernize this application. Especially the second chance and redeem SCEL coin portion. Also, send out notifications about the drawing ending and/ or the winners of the drawing. #SCS! (South Carolina Strong!)
