Gameplay Design

Core Gameplay: Players click on two identical blocks. If the line connecting them consists of no more than three zigzag lines (i.e., two turns), the connection is successful and the blocks are eliminated.

Empty spaces after elimination can be filled by surrounding blocks, or the blocks themselves may remain stationary.

The player who clears all blocks within the time limit wins.

Game Logic Design

Block Generation: The number of block types varies according to difficulty (6 for beginner, 8 for intermediate, and 10 for advanced).

Ensure all blocks are initially matched to avoid unsolvable problems.

Connection Detection: Implement a "pathfinding algorithm" to determine if two blocks can be connected (0-2 turns).

Breadth-First Search (BFS) + direction indicators can be used.

Determine if points can be traversed within the current grid state.

Elimination Animation: Use a connection effect (line drawing animation), then the two blocks gradually become transparent and disappear.

Add sound effects and score-boosting animations to each connection.
