mindline.sg is Singapore's digital first-stop touchpoint for mental health, developed by the Ministry of Health Office of Healthcare Transformation (MOHT). Our app delivers a structured internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (iCBT) programme for depression and anxiety, developed in collaboration with Unified Protocol Institute. Over eight weeks, you will work through evidence-based CBT content with the guidance of a mental health professional. The programme combines digital learning with scheduled counselling sessions at key milestones to review your progress, reinforce skills, and adjust your care as needed.
