Service client RED par SFR déplorable. Bloqué pendant 1h30 face à un assistant virtuel inutile et incapable de joindre un humain. C'était insupportable. Tout ça pour une simple migration d'eSIM... Leur documentation ne semble gérer que le « seul » cas d'un passage d'iPhone à iPhone. J'envisage sérieusement de changer d'opérateur.
