I can't remember exactly what, but there were some buggy issues such as the UI and tabs being cluttered; which has been long fixed. Sometimes the app is down due to maintenance but that's pretty rare and happens in the morning to noon. Well that's all for now and I've been a member with them for over 10 years now, great bank and people!

Im really enjoying the app so far. The customer service is better though. I utilize capital one more often so I forget SF Fire. Anyhow, I was not paying attention & was overdrawn by -$3. I recieved a call from customer service to give me the reminder & the chat agent ( NOT A BOT) was even more awesome. I should have banked with a credit union a long time ago.
