Brain Tiny Quiz Gameplay:

Control the Vine: You control an upward-growing ivy vine.
Collect Snowflakes: The vine moves automatically upwards; guide it to collect falling snowflakes to score points.
Avoid Obstacles: Avoid ice obstacles, or the game ends.
Collect Coins: Coins can be collected along the way.
Controls: Turn Left/Right: Tap the left or right side of the screen to control the vine's growth direction.
The vine will smoothly turn in the direction you specify (90 degrees each time).
