Applied for a loan and they said I had made an error by entering my employer wrongly which is impossible due to the fact that your employer has to be in partnership with salary finance in order to apply for the loan, I was told my account will be soft deleted so I am able to re-apply for the loan, this has not happened and I am now unable to apply for the loan. I've wrote to customer services numerous times since and have been completely ignored.

2024-05-05	La*****	Improvements in customer service recently. Cancel the above. Yet again at the beginning of the month my account says locked and it basically accuses me of not paying a previous bill which obviously causes stress. So back to customer services and I get to wait days on end before they reply to my email. Don't even bother with this company as they are an utter shambles.

It tells you to register on their website and gives you a link. The link sends you to their website where there is no registration process, just the option to log into your account (the same way you'd do it on chrome or on a computer). The log in sometimes works, sometimes doesn't, but it doesn't link the app at all. It's literally non-functional.

Every time you open it, you have to log in all over again and connect your account to the app that is frustrating, and if that's the case, you may as well use the main site. Have tried to get the issue resolved, but trying to talk to them is like pulling teeth, so I gave up. Shame this would have been good if it worked.
