The app jas never worked it will not bring up the keyboard for me to type in to be able to log in

Refuses to stay logged in even with biometrics so that when they send you updates about outages, because you have to log back in all the time, the update is gone by the time I log back in. 🙄👎👎 And how about fixing your system so we quit going out all the damn time. 🙄👎
