2020-10-19	Me*****	I cannot got this device to connect to my phone. I've tried all of the usual troubleshooting tricks but nothing has worked. It doesn't work anything like shown on the instruction video. It will connect to my iPhone 5 but the app is outdated and lacks features. Will not connect to the Google Pixel at all. Really disappointed in this device as I expected much better.

Through up an error about being made for earlier version of Android and may not work, Samsung Note 10 Very disappointing with the money spent on this device, between a rock and hard place now, I am going to have to spend more money to get a reliable product. Edited - I only bought the product in December 2019, wasn't advised it was the old version and that a newer better unit was available, even more disappointed now

2020-01-04	A *****	Have had the unit for quiet some time and have never once seen a firmware upgrade for the unit or an app update for my phone (pixel 2). Any chance you guys can actually get behind your product and release some firmware updates, to make the connection more stable? Also patch the app so the it has some more features like history graphs, trends, max and min usage for the day/week. I really hope you guys can bring the unit and the app up to date, otherwise I will be going to a different product.
