SESPIMMA (Individual Evaluation and Supervision System for Developing Advanced Human Resources) is an official application developed to support the evaluation, supervision, and management of student education within the Indonesian National Police (POLRI) Staff and Leadership College (SESPIMMA).

This application simplifies the monitoring of academic and non-academic activities and creates transparency between students (Serdik), the Corps of Supervisors (Korsis), Guidance Officers, Educators, and Leadership.

Key Application Features: • Serdik Dashboard: Monitors student grade summaries, academic status, and progress statistics in real time. • Reward & Punishment Management: A system for recording achievements (praise) and violations that is directly integrated with the calculation of final grades. • Leave Application: Facilitates students' digital leave applications, connecting directly to their superiors (Korsis). • Inbox & Approval Notifications: Facilitates the role of superiors (Corsis & Leadership) in reviewing and approving (Approve/Reject) every application or activity report. • Centralized Evaluation: All data is securely stored and can be exported for audit and reporting purposes.

With the SESPIMMA application, all educational administration and supervision processes become more effective, efficient, measurable, and accountable, enabling the creation of superior and advanced Polri human resources.
