Bought Hindware commode 6 months back and its keep chocking twice every month. Technician unofficially accepted that it's a manufacturing defect but so called. Quality team (who did not come to check ) did not accept and I am kind of stuck with this. Keep raising tickets for no resolution.

No service history record visible.. everytime trying to access the geyser vis Google assistant... It always says "Hindware Appliances are not available at the moment." Also many a times the app itself says unable to connect to server or server not responding even though i have 200 mbps connection at home and a strong wifi signal near the geyser.. also to the worst service i requested for service since one month but still no response... Hindware app does not connect with Google Home
