Recent reviews

App keeps erroring out whenever I want to upload photos or notes. and when I reached out to customer support, they took 5 minutes to respond, and just before I responded within less than one minute it disconnected me saying I took too long, even though it is supposed to wait 5 minutes.

This application used to be just a simple way to connect a user directly to the service providers. Today, for the first time, I received a call directly from Angi, not the providers, to provide and manage which services Angi thinks I should consider. That is unacceptable. This aspect was quite off-putting, as it raised concerns that only providers with perfect scores would be recommended, or that personalized suggestions might be offered for an additional cost, which is a common practice.
