We hope the development team works on getting compatibility issues resolved. Currently the app seems to mostly support Samsung and Apple. Thank you for the explanation and answering all our questions!

Nothing is better than being over scheduled and having to wait 20 minutes for every appointment to clear cache, clear data, disconnect wifi, close app, open it again, reset all progress, and start over. High school projects are more competent than this app.

2023-04-13	Ke*****	have to double up on ALL input details if doing a breakdown job and service job at same time. data doesnt transfer from j1 to j2. it wastes time having to re-enter gc - serial - combustion readings etc.... details of same appliance at same address need to be linked... it also needs to be logged in all day until WE log out as we work in areas where reception is not possible. you can click en-route but by the time you get there youve been logged out and cannot log back in.

2022-12-21	Jo*****	App crashes a couple of times a day, logs out when Internet drops out then won't log back in unless phone is restarted and recently freezes if typing too fast. Not ideal when your trying to get through a lot of jobs and are losing time because of the app.
