This app is a complete disaster. Constant “check your internet connection” errors persist no matter how good the connection is. To make matters worse, every time I try to change my password, I’m hit with the absurd “url message-incomplete trailing escape bla-bla...” error. Logging in has been a nightmare for over two days, with no solution in sight. It’s buggy, unreliable, and a waste of time. Fix your app—this level of dysfunction is unacceptable!
