About the SERU Assessment

According to TfL’s public guidance, the SERU Assessment applies to new Private Hire Vehicle applicants who submit their application on or after 1 April 2023. TfL’s public guidance also refers to other parts of the licensing process. These may include safeguarding awareness, English language requirements and topographical skills.
