CORE GAMEPLAY
In Neon Scale, your snake moves automatically across the board. Each food pickup adds length, adds 10 points to your score, and increases running speed step by step. Avoid walls and avoid running into your own body to stay alive longer. The classic loop is unchanged: eat, grow, survive. As your snake gets longer, routes become tighter and each turn needs more planning. This project fits players who like reading the grid ahead and reacting quickly when the pace rises.

THREE-LIFE SYSTEM
Neon Scale starts each session with three lives shown as heart icons. If you hit a wall or collide with yourself, you lose one life. Your score stays in place, the snake returns to the center at the starting length, and play continues after a short pause. When all three lives are used, the session ends. Tap View Results on the game over screen to see your final statistics. This system allows recovery from early errors while still keeping later mistakes meaningful.

SCORE PANEL AND RESULTS
During a session, Neon Scale displays score, lives, and a running timer in the score panel above the board. After game over, the results screen shows final score, snake length, session duration, food eaten, and lives left. Tap Play Again to start a new session. Session data is saved locally on your device so your latest run appears correctly on the results screen.

CONTROLS
Neon Scale supports swipe gestures on the game board and on-screen direction buttons under the grid. Use whichever input feels comfortable; both methods work in the same session. Opposite-direction turns are ignored so movement stays consistent with classic snake rules.

NEON VISUAL STYLE
Dark gradient backgrounds, bright green snake segments, glowing food, and visible grid lines shape the Neon Scale look. The game board shows head, body, and tail segments, including directional eyes on the snake head. Panels, labels, and accent colors stay consistent across the main menu, game, and results screens.
