Very bad app. No maintenance no quality, i can't reset my password I have been trying for 1 month

This app has numerous issues one of them is the reset password problem. once u click forgot password it will ask for ur username to be send once send it says new password has been provided via registered email but there is no password been send in my email...please kindly fix this issue i am not even able to download my admit card.
