very bad experience The chairs smelled awful because children vomited everywhere, and the filth left by families with children wasn't cleaned up, so the smell was pervasive.

It doesn't support for foreigners. I tried many times to register but each time it made error that your birthday is not according to your TC number, while I put my Passport number. also I bought ticket from their website and cancelled it, but after cancellation of the ticket, I didn't receive money and I can not find the history of my ticket. it is awful.

Please develop an English option for easy of booking. Also a map will be useful for visual preferences. It looks great but can't be sure as I don't read Turkish.
