Users can securely pay co-ownership charges online, access both personal and building documents, and quickly report issues directly to the trustee.

Additional functionalities offer online voting for General Assembly meetings, property news updates, messaging with trustees and neighbors, a discussion forum for the Union Council, and requests for the dated pre-statement – all aimed at enhancing collaboration and transparency between co-owners and their trustees.
