Sereniq is a mobile-first documentation platform built for Texas IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) group homes and HCS / HCBS providers. It replaces paper binders and dated desktop systems with fast, guided, audit-ready record-keeping that direct-care staff can complete from their phone, even with no signal.

Sereniq is for licensed care agencies. Accounts are created by an agency administrator; there is no public sign-up, because the app handles protected health information.
