2026-08-04	As*****	App to shop logs in, but when I try to access the "pay my bill" link, I enter my password and it says its incorrect. Keep getting this error, I know my username and password are correct! So I uninstalled this app, tried logging on to payment portal on a computer and it logged in right away with my information! Something is wrong with this app. I should be able to pay my bill as much as shop on this app! or I won't shop on it I guess lol

2026-08-03	Na*****	I don't know what's going on with the app but I keep getting prompted to not only sign in but that there's issues and I'm unable to change the store for pickup. I like scrolling through to see what's new, but outside of that it's not really helpful for purchasing.

2026-08-01	Ra*****	Update when trying to view sample details it just spins and locks up the app. My phone constantly deep sleeps the app due to glitches. App for past few MONTHS is extremely glitchy. Pages just spin instead of being able to read product information. Sephora is to profitable to have technical app issues. I see a ton of similar experiences under reviews. Clearing Cache & uninstall not helping. Fix or I will have to permanently uninstall.

2026-07-30	Se*****	policy change for PayPal, if you do a return it wont go back to your PayPal but rather now, it will be an in-store ONLY credit so youd only be able to use it in store. customer service gives no option to give you a sephora card that can be used at other locations and /or the website. limiting what you can purchase if your store sells out often of items or doesnt get stocked often.also cant redeem points for birthday gift anymore in app if you dont like any of the free birthday sets.
