2026-08-22	Sa*****	App is extremely buggy. Shortcut buttons disappear. Sign-in doesn't work consistently. It is also more difficult to navigate than prior versions. Honestly, with what things cost and the amount of money folks spend at this store, you would think that they would offer a reliable app that makes your shipping experience pleasant and easy. This app is the exact opposite of that.

2026-08-22	Ar*****	Never loads the same options- sometimes I can open my accounts and have the icons on the bottom of the screen. Other times (the majority) I have to open the app 15-30 times (not exaggerating) in order to get it work.

2026-08-20	Va*****	Okay this is a new phone I'm on and i can't get logged in. I tried to go on the website to reset my password and it would let me do it ether. But on my old phone I kept getting logged out but now on my new phone I can't even reset my password. This just sucks

2026-08-18	Ma*****	Unfortunately, Sephora does not work with the best developers/payment processors. Both the App and the webstore are riddled with weird bugs and there is no direct way of reporting problems (aka no accountability). Examples of the most annoying things: the fields for entering CC information are not compatible with Autofill for Google Pay; when offers are out of stock, an error message about conflicting offers is given instead; and there are 3 generic notification types so it's a guessing game.
