That's one of the most useful features for anyone trying to remember shades, skincare, or past purchases, and now it's gone. I hope the AI investment was worth sacrificing basic customer experience. And don't reply with the standard "we'll share your feedback with the team." That's not a solution. I could stand outside an AI data center and say the same thing to your team.
