SentiPal was created precisely for this moment.

This isn't another "motivational" coach, but a discreet place to talk about what's really bothering you – shame, loneliness, overthinking, the fear of "overreacting" or "just making it to Friday."

What is SentiPal?

Simply put:
It's someone you can text in the middle of the night when you don't really know who to text.

• A 1:1 conversation, without judgment or "get your act together."
• Instead of empty slogans – an attempt to understand where your emotions and thoughts are coming from.
• We always end with something small and real for today, not an overwhelming to-do list.

You don't have to "get in shape" here. You can write chaotically, swear, stay silent for days, return to the same topic ten times – SentiPal won't be offended.

What can you do here?

• Speak out anonymously
Write exactly as you would to a loved one you trust.
The app will respond calmly, humanely, and with empathy. No one has access to your full conversation history.

• Take small steps instead of grand plans
Instead of "change your life in 30 days" – one step at a time.
Sometimes it's a sentence worth writing down, sometimes 5 minutes to breathe, sometimes a difficult but honest conversation with someone important.

• Check in with how you're really feeling
Short mood check-ins and notes to yourself help you see what's really weighing you down and what's giving you a break.

• Come back when it suits you
Set gentle reminders or check in only when you need it.
No artificial pressure and no guilt.

What does SentiPal NOT do?

This is important:

• SentiPal is not a therapy or a doctor.
It's a space for conversation intended to help you better understand yourself in everyday life, not to replace professional help.

• We don't diagnose, treat, or make decisions for you.

We can help you organize your thoughts, name your emotions, see other perspectives, and suggest small steps – the rest is up to you and (if necessary) a specialist.

• If you are in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or are afraid of harming yourself – do not consider the app as a form of help.

In such a situation, contact:

• 116 123 – crisis hotline

SentiPal can be a supplement for quieter moments, but it will not replace therapy.

Subscription – Human-Friendly

You can first explore the basics of the app for free.
If you feel like this is your cup of tea, you can purchase a paid plan, which includes:

• Text and voice chat (depending on the plan you choose),
• Extended daily message limits,
• Unlimited goals and notes to yourself.

Payments and Renewal (Google Play)

Payment for the subscription will be charged to your Google Account after confirmation of your purchase on Google Play.
The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in the Payments and Subscriptions → Subscriptions section of the Google Play app.
