2026-09-05	M *****	It was a little hard to navigate at first, which was frustrating, but now it's comfortable after a few logins. Things I don't like: can't do screenshots, can't share with others, the font on the pathology report is so tiny I can't read it. Yes it can be downloaded but then it would not be secure. Also, I wish you could click on dr's photo and get information about them. Everything else is okay. This app is much better than some medical apps; at least you can save login info. 4/5 ⭐️

2026-08-31	Za*****	Absolutely INFURIATING experience with this app. You can't actually log in on the app itself, it redirects you to a browser. Annoying, but whatever. The problem is it sends a pass code to your email, and by the time you close your browser, open your email app, copy the code, and open your browser again, THE SENTARA WEBSITE RESETS TO THE START SO YOU CAN'T PUT THE CODE IN. Sure I could just use a second device, but I can't! If I was able to use my computer, I would do that instead of the app!

If it need/want to share MY test results this app needlessly makes it 10 times as hard. Stop trying to manage me. Definitely stop trying to manage MY PERSONAL PHONE. Some idiot likely gave themselves a pat on the back when they activated this feature, but you are doing nothing to increase security. I'm going back to using the website. It's the same content and loads just as fast.

2026-08-19	Je*****	I can see test results before my Dr looks at them. it also makes paying bills easier only problem is the appointment page when they ask what it's for and you have no idea what to click on. I need bloodwork redone in 3 months and there's no option for that but I will just call the office to schedule closer to November

2026-08-19	K *****	It's a mess—as is Sentara. I pay a copay, they show I paid the copay, yet the app says right under the line where it shows the copay paid that i still need to pay the copay. Also, needed to have a hospital scan and went to the hospital, waited an hour just to discover i couldn't get the scan because the app never said I couldn't drink anything for 8 hours. The nurse said, "It was in MyChart"—uh, no it wasn't! Checked 3X! Neither was an order to fast before bloodwork. Truly HORRIBLE app.
