RetuRO for Business

RetuRO for Business is a Chrome extension designed for retailers participating in the SGR packaging return program. After signing the contract and registering your points of sale as collection points, the app enables EAN verification, scanning of the 'guaranteed packaging' logo and the associated barcode, and quick identification of returned packaging.

Key workflows include using the 'Register a pick-up order' function to arrange the collection of SGR packaging bags from the declared return point. A minimum of three bags is required to initiate collection. Merchants log in with their portal.returosgr.ro merchant account, then select the declared return point using the POS ID shown in their platform account.
