2025-06-20	Ca*****	I would not recommend it. I paid 1 month of Pro (as no proper trial allows you to understand their offer), and cancelled my recurrent payment, so they immediately cut my access to Pro without returning the payment. They seem unreliable.

2024-04-01	St*****	I am 64 yo and slightly overweight. I like these exercises bc they are easy on my joints. I only gave 4 stars bc it takes me more time to get up and off the floor or to get on the floor than the program allows. I usually miss the first few seconds of the exercise when I have to switch from floor to standing or vice versa.

2023-08-09	Gr*****	I've only used this once and I like it, but being near sighted, I have to hold my phone while I'm doing the exercises. It would be nice if the woman who counts down ( 3-2-1) would say "up, down, right left" or whatever during each exercise.
