Seniors - Amitiés & Rencontres

What if you rediscovered the joy of going out, meeting new people, and sharing experiences?

Senior Gold is the welcoming community for French-speaking seniors aged 50 and over. Born from the largest Facebook group for French-speaking seniors, it brings together those who want to expand their social circle, organize outings, and forge genuine friendships close to home.

100% free. No ads. No subscription.

1- WHY SENIOR GOLD?

One in four seniors in France feels lonely. Yet, you still have so much to experience, share, and discover.

Senior Gold was born from a simple observation: French-speaking seniors deserve an app designed for them, by people who understand them. No pressure, no disguised freemium, no algorithm that makes you chase your own inbox.

Our mission is social: to recreate real connections, offline, close to home.

2- WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Discover outings near you: walks, pétanque, restaurants, cinema, museums, workshops, gentle exercise, outdoor cafes
• Create your own outing in less than a minute
• Chat privately or join group conversations
• Search by activity, distance, or date
• Use AI-powered voice search if you don't like typing
• Stay up-to-date with your local community

3- AN APP DESIGNED FOR SENIORS

• Large fonts, big buttons, intuitive navigation
• No intrusive ads, no hidden purchases, no subscriptions
• Human moderation 7 days a week, zero tolerance
• Your data is hosted in Europe, fully GDPR compliant
• Account deletion possible at any time
• Customer support in French, based in France

4- FRIENDSHIP ABOVE ALL

Unlike traditional dating apps, Senior Gold focuses on making friends and organizing group outings. No blind swiping, no pressure to perform: just real activities with real people. A romantic encounter is still possible, but it's never forced.

5- WHO IS IT FOR?

Senior Gold is for all French-speaking people aged 50 and over:

- Young retirees who want to reinvent their social life
- Active fifty-somethings looking to expand their circle of friends
- Older seniors who want to break out of isolation
- Widows, widowers, divorcees, singles, or simply curious: everyone is welcome
- Available in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Quebec

6- BROUGHT FROM A LARGE COMMUNITY

Senior Gold didn't come out of nowhere. It was born from the largest French-speaking Facebook group dedicated to seniors. This community guided us at every stage of the design process. The features you'll find here were requested, tested, and validated by the members themselves.

7- WHAT THEY SAY (our community)

"Finally, an app designed for us, simple to use, that lets me go out with people near me."

"I organized a pétanque outing, several people came, and we've all seen each other since."

"After becoming a widow, I didn't dare go out anymore. Now I participate in several activities a week."

8- 100% FREE, TRANSPARENT, AD-FREE

Our commitment is clear: Senior Gold remains free for you. No advertising, no data resale, no disguised Premium Pass. We believe that a social app that claims to be supportive cannot live off its users.
