2024-07-16	Aj*****	They offered a good service until recently. I booked to send a package to the North. They offered two options and I went for the cheaper and more lengthy option. After payment was made they reached out to inform that the option I chose would not work for the location. They said they would look into it. For two weeks, I heard nothing from them only to go back to hear that the package was never sent and it is with them. Terrible for business.

2024-07-03	Ma*****	I couldn't find anywhere to track my package on the website, and it seemed like I can't track my progress unless I download the app. So I got the app and still couldn't track my package ON THE APP because It basically redirects me to my browser to track and all. So why do you guys make it necessary to download the app if you can't track your package while on it??? It's as good as just checking online

2023-09-20	To*****	The App is troubleshooting and doesn't open for over a week. I sent emails. I was told to do a video of what is happening. I don't know how I can be working on the App and do video at same time. It is frustrating. I sent the screen shots to no avail. Am highly disappointed 😞

2023-07-10	Og*****	Sendbox is easy to use and very reliable. My delivery with them was stress-free and there were no stories with the items I had delivered. Customer service too was great. I highly recommend them if you're a business owner looking for a logistics company for interstate deliveries.

2023-07-02	Ad*****	It was a super fast shipping experience. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I received that my package from Lagos - Abuja got there in about 12 hours (less than 1 working day). However, there is a need to improve the app’s UI/UX as it is difficult to navigate without getting help from customer support. I totally recommend though.

2023-05-14	ka*****	Sendbox have to be the best logistic service I've come across, they're fast, affordable & reliable. I've only been using them for local deliveries now but I'll start using them for international deliveries also. I can guarantee you're missing a lot if you're not using sendbox.

2023-03-27	La*****	It started good until customer service stopped replying calls and it was difficult to get waybill documents. Anyways, if their hub is close to you, you might enjoy the service. But if they don't have a hub in your state, it might be stressful I won't lie.

2023-03-26	ch*****	So far so good. They don't disappoint. But they need to improve on their pick time frame. The pick up is so slow. And they need to see the need to call the receiver and update them on the shipment and when it will get to them. But they are doing s great job and their rate is relatively fair enough.
