I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating complex relationship dynamics and their impact on mental health throughout my life.
I created Selfrell to address this complex issue using a playful approach, making it easier, motivating, and meaningful to understand emotional behaviors. By combining my interests, I want to share the results of my journey and hope to create value for others as much as it has for me.
