During learning, timers, reminders, and focus prompts help users stay attentive. After each session, the app visualizes what has been achieved: completed tasks, time spent focusing, mood, and the perceived effectiveness of the learning strategies used are clearly presented. This generates data-driven feedback that not only shows what happened but also encourages reflection: What worked well? Where were there deviations? What can be improved next time?
