You can track measurements easily. I've started adding notes for what I ate (tomato, spicy) because some foods make me retain water. If you get premium you can store a bunch of photos too.

so easy to keep track can submit photos and body measurements and choose if on the chart thing if you want to track i think daily weekly and monthly it is great and even without premium/paid you are not restricted !
