2026-08-15	Bi*****	Hello, I’m having an issue logging into this app. I have tried using three different devices and three different accounts, but I still have the same issue. Most of the time, I’m unable to log in. When I do manage to log in, the app only shows a blank white screen and I cannot access anything. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.

2026-08-07	Se*****	Absolutely horrendous bugs/tech issues. I had their previous app and it was way less glitchy than this. It didn't recognize my old account so I had to create a new one. I had to use Google Translate to understand how to create an account and accept the terms and conditions since it was all in Korean!! Then, the password I created didn't work and the email they sent me for a temporary password was glitchy as well. Then once I tried to sign in, I just had a blank white screen. 0 stars, please fix!
