2024-12-30	Ri*****	I was going to give you 3 stars but I'm having all kinds of problems even to get to the point to write a review because I keep getting thrown off and you keep asking me to create an account I've created the same account 4 times but canwhat's the problem now 2 stars. And that little wheel keeps spinning it's been spinning for the last 6 minutes cuz I shut the app down and turned it back on it's so spinning careful you're going to get one star if I can't get this to go through

2024-12-20	Ch*****	App began crashing to a white screen viewing a wallet balance. Reinstalled the app at the recommendation of support. The app can no longer connect to the card and crashes after accepting the items of service.

Secondly everytime I connect my wallet it forces me to download a "firmware update" and shuts the wallet off after effectively useless since I can't access anything on my wallet. I'll just stick to the website for moving things on and off my wallet.

2024-08-07	hi*****	Sent an email to support 2 days ago & a follow up email yesterday to no avail. Having problem with my shield bio but it seems their after sale services is non existence. Until my email replied, 1 star for this company. Update: they replied my email after a week & my issue was solved. Still, ux for this product should be better. Rated to 3 stars.

2024-04-21	Ja*****	A little outdated in some areas and very slow. I purchased a shield bio and performance is subpar there aswell. Not sure how long ill keep the device which sucks to say since the wallet is so unique.
