Ekenge is an application designed to facilitate communication and coordination among security stakeholders in the DRC and across Africa. It is intended for both public institutions and private organizations, with a clear objective: to respond quickly to emergencies in environments often marked by insecurity.

1. Geolocated Emergency Alert:

The core feature of the Ekenge application allows any user—whether an agent, civilian, or member of an organization—to trigger a security alert. This alert is automatically accompanied by GPS location and sent to:

- their relatives or trusted contacts,
- people located within a 15 km radius,
- and partner private or public organizations such as security companies, emergency NGOs (e.g., Red Cross), university security units, or local police stations.

This function is at the heart of Ekenge. It enables rapid action, saves lives, and involves an entire community in responding to incidents.

2. Secure Messaging:

Exchange of text, voice messages, or files with encryption. Access is controlled based on user permissions.

3. Secure Voice and Video Calls:

Individual or group calls, always protected. Ideal for remote briefings.

4. Announcements and News Feed:

A space to quickly share information, alerts, or instructions, similar to a social network.

5. Real-Time Agent Tracking:

Allows monitoring of team movements and locations to better coordinate field operations.

6. Digital Radio Emulation:

Turns the application into a digital walkie-talkie. Useful for agents familiar with traditional radios.

7. Integrated Command Center:

An interface that centralizes alerts, communications, and instructions for better operational control.

8. Intervention Geolocation:

Each intervention is recorded with location, duration, and team routes. Everything is tracked for a comprehensive overview.
