Recent reviews

Ok so the app itself is maybe 4 stars...over the years it has saved me some headache. However, the customer service is awful. We have begged for faster response but get no reply. I pay about 30$ per year to keep my kids safe, but this year I paid it and have not received access to services. The next best app for this purpose is 170 something a year. I can't afford that at this time. I would like a faster response from the developer please. It's been 3 days and I still have no service.
